NYC ENT Surgeon · Guideline-Based

Dr. Dylan Levy, MD

Cutting through the nonsense.

The ENT questions you’ve always had — finally answered here, and backed by expert guidelines.
Every week I see patients who left their last appointment with unanswered questions — or confused by what they were told. This is where I clear that up. Guideline-based ENT education from a practicing NYC surgeon — no agenda, no guesswork, no filter.

Why this exists

You left your last appointment with questions you never got to ask.

A single appointment isn’t enough time to explain everything. Your doctor knows what to do — but there’s rarely enough time to explain why, what to watch for, when to worry, or what the research actually says.
That gap is where misinformation lives. Patients turn to Google. They find conflicting advice, outdated information, and opinion dressed up as fact. They make decisions without the evidence they deserve.

BoogerDownBronx exists to close that gap.

Everything here — every video, every guide, every live session — is anchored to current clinical practice guidelines published by the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Pediatrics, or other professional medical societies. Not opinion. Not trends. Expert guidelines.

Meet Dr. Dylan Levy

The doctor behind BoogerDownBronx.

I’m Dr. Dylan Levy — ENT surgeon practicing in the Bronx, New York.
I see dozens of patients every week — children with recurrent ear infections, adults with chronic sinus pressure, parents who have been given conflicting advice about their kid’s tonsils. Smart, well-intentioned people who were never given the information they needed to make confident decisions about their health.
That frustration is what built BoogerDownBronx.
Everything I post here is what you would hear me explain in my exam room. Straight from the guidelines. No filter. No agenda. Just the facts you actually need.
